How do I place an order?
Browse our Shop, choose a size/quantity on the product card, then click "Add to cart". When ready, open the cart and proceed to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and digital wallets through our payment provider. Payment is processed securely and we never store full card numbers on our servers.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries. Shipping options, costs, and delivery times are shown at checkout. Some restrictions may apply.
How long does shipping take?
Transit times depend on the shipping method and destination — expect domestic shipments in 3-7 business days and international shipments in 7-21 business days.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Use that number with the carrier to view delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in unused condition. Some clearance/“imperfect” items may be final sale — check the product notes.
What does "imperfect" mean?
Many items on parco-limited are fully functional but have minor cosmetic imperfections (small marks, trim differences). We clearly note any defects on the product page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped we’ll try to modify or cancel it. Once shipped, standard returns apply.
Do product prices include taxes?
Prices may not include local taxes or duties. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on shipping address.
Are items covered by a warranty?
Some products include manufacturer warranties. If a warranty applies we list details on the product page and in your order confirmation.

We buy and resell surplus and cosmetically imperfect goods directly from manufacturers, keeping usable products in circulation and offering them to shoppers at fair prices.

If an item becomes unavailable we will notify you and offer a refund or suggest an alternative.
How do discounts and promo codes work?
Enter promo codes at checkout. Promo codes may have restrictions (expiration dates, product/category limits) which are shown where the code is distributed.
